Instructions for use:

Connect the MPC-75 extension leads to your usual bloodline (with transducer protector) for external, visual indication of transducer protector breaches (strikethrough).
The indicator extension and the bloodline set must be placed on top of a sterile transducer protector if your bloodline does not come with one.
A direct substitution should be made if any sign of contamination (fluid or blood) is observed.
The unit administrator and unit protocols should determine when regular replacement is required.
Fluid should never be allowed to remain in the line during treatment.
